What we collect

When you contact us or complete an enquiry, quote, sample or wholesale account form we collect the details you provide. That usually includes your business name, your name, email address and, where you supply them, phone number, suburb, venue type, ABN and delivery address, along with the product categories, quantities and requirements you describe in your message.

If you send artwork or other files for a custom print enquiry, we collect those files and any contact or brand details contained in them. We also receive basic technical information that is normal for any website visit, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address and the pages you viewed. We use this only in aggregate to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

• Preparing and sending pricing and quotes for the products you ask about.
• Confirming sample availability, any sample charge and freight, and arranging dispatch.
• Assessing and setting up wholesale account enquiries.
• Responding to questions about products, specifications, deliveries and custom print.
• Operating, securing and improving this website, and keeping our own business records.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in our hosted database and are also emailed to our sales inbox so we can reply. To run the site we use third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. These providers process the information only to provide those services to us, and some of them may store or process data outside Australia.

When we disclose information

We disclose your details to the service providers described above, to suppliers or freight carriers where that is necessary to answer your enquiry or deliver goods you have asked about, to our professional advisers where needed, and where we are required or authorised to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we reasonably need them to answer your enquiry, service your account and meet our business and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need them we delete them or remove identifying details.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@ecoflowpackaging.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

This site links to third-party services, including the Ordermentum ordering platform. Once you leave this website, the information you provide is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
